At Gregory Homes Ltd we work to understand the building journey from the clients point of view, so that the experience of having a good idea, to planning and then making it a physical reality, is as enjoyable as it should be.
As a contracting company we facilitate the use of skilled subcontractors, taking on the responsibility of integrating their skills, ideas and personalities within the clients objectives.
Typically, we would quote in the role as the main contractor, using the client appointed architects drawings and specifications. Subject to acceptance, we then work under contract between ourselves and the client to ensure the financial safety, specification and areas of responsibility are clear with all parties.
A list of work we do:
- Complete house renovation. This can involve gutting a house and then starting from scratch.
- House extensions. Maximise space and make the house better suited to the customer’s needs.
- New build. If you have a plot of land with planning permission you can trust us to create your amazing house.
